On 24 October 2014, Kesikli Law Firm hosted International Legal and Accountancy Solutions Conference in Istanbul. This international conference was held at The Marmara Hotel Taksim, Istanbul.

During the event, conference discussions were focused on Acquisitions in Turkey, Acquisition Search, Valuation of Companies, Seller’s pre-transaction grooming in Acquisitions, Heads of terms, confidentiality & other preliminary issues in Acquisition Contracts and Choice of Law and Acquisition Contracts.
